Code reviews, documentation, and mentoring junior staff
Qualification
Required
5+ years of DBA experience
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle (19c+), SQL Server (2012+)
Hands-on experience with GIS and spatial databases
Experience with ArcGIS Server / Enterprise
Ability to independently handle complex database issues
