Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating and scheduling the on‑time delivery of parts and commodities by following established schedules and procedures
Support audits and analyze data from multiple sources to verify accuracy related to delivery schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements
Help reconcile data discrepancies to minimize supply chain disruptions
Maintain and update materials management information systems
Coordinate the flow of information among internal and external stakeholders
Release orders to fabrication or assembly organizations to initiate manufacturing activities
Interpret contracts and their requirements
Manage transactional orders
Support bid and proposal activities
Assist with the development of production proposals
Participate in or manage projects using approved project management techniques
Initiate updates to supporting processes and documentation
Provide low‑level training related to engineering and production procedures
Provide technical and administrative support to meet regulatory, production, and process requirements
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance
Contribute to identifying supply chain issues, trends, and potential solutions of limited scope

Qualification

Contract interpretationMaterial management processesAircraft support knowledgeMS Office proficiencyProject management

Required

Experience reading and understanding contract language
Basic knowledge of aircraft support equipment and hardware
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance or active Secret Clearance
Proficient in MS Office and Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Data Tables, Generating Charts)

Preferred

Experience with project management such as scheduling, resource management, and performance measures
Experience in Product Support/ Logistics Concepts
Experience with material management processes
