Responsibilities
You will direct junior employees in the planning and execution of work while resolving conflicts
You will allocate resources (e.g., funds, manpower, facility, space) to carry out program operations
You will plan and execute maintenance and repair of real property facilities to be accomplished by employees in a timely and efficient manner
You will manage operational issues within the transportation maintenance arena to ensure quality and cost-effective services to clients
Qualification

Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program
New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check
Generally, current federal employees applying for GS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level

You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing staff support to the Production Officer to address management issues and corporate policies; 2) managing a maintenance and repair program or element of such program; and 3) Directing staff efforts to improve efficiency, effectiveness and identifies areas for process improvement
