Customer Experience Associate
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who plays a vital role by ensuring smooth, accurate, and professional service. This position supports customers and internal teams through insurance coordination, account maintenance, and day-to-day operational tasks that contribute to a high-end customer experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, personalized customer service across all interactions
Accurately update and maintain customer account and lessee information
Respond to customer phone calls and emails with professionalism and confidence
Assist with vehicle insurance administration, including monitoring pending cancellations and following up with insurance agencies
Collaborate with team members through regular meetings and cross-functional support
Support daily account services activities, including registrations, fines, payoffs, and electronic payment setup
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Calm, solutions-oriented approach, even in high-pressure situations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office applications
High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
