Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation activities (discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare)
Own or support key workstreams aligned to functional expertise
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
Drive cross-functional decision-making and issue resolution
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and IT teams
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and process mapping discussions
Ensure integration across modules and end-to-end process integrity
Support business readiness, training, and user adoption
Help embed SAP into daily operations to drive measurable business value
Participate in post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with external SAP implementation partners
Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to leadership
Build trust and momentum across technical and business teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in SAP, ERP, or enterprise system implementations
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or operations environments
Ability to work cross-functionally between business and technical teams
Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills
Preferred
Full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
SAP Project Management, MM, FICO, SD, PP, QM, or related expertise
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certifications
