Responsibilities
This candidate will be responsible for the hardware development for military electronics housed within flight worthy assemblies including CCAs and harnesses
Activities will require cross-functional coordination to complete hardware design efforts and support integration efforts for the designated electronic system
The selected candidate will research, develop, design component equipment, and design networks for military application
The successful candidate will have knowledge of conceptual and detail design skills, knowledge of mechanical drawing standards and experience with detail, assembly, and installation type drawings
This candidate will support CCA/ PCB and cable/harness design and documentation
Qualification
Required
PTC Creo / Windchill : 3-6 years
Interconnector and wiring diagram : 3-6 years
Technical Drawing (ASME Y14.5) creation: 3-6 years
Experience with CREO, Catia, or similar 3D modeling software
Hardware prototype experience, such as 3D printing
Experience with creating hardware drawings, drawing instructions, assembly instructions, Bill of Material (BOM), technical documentation, test documentation, etc. using CAD tools
Cable and Harness Design: 3-6 years
PCB/CCA Mechanical Packaging (Stress/Thermal and Mil-STD-461/464 familiarity): 3-6 years
