Responsibilities
Lead high-stakes commercial litigation and complex tort cases from inception to resolution
Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and strategy in "bet the company" disputes
Represent prominent clients including Major League teams, corporations, and public entities
Manage caseload with partner support and mentorship to grow your practice
Advise on business disputes, intellectual property, class actions, and other complex matters
Qualification
Required
8+ years with a strong background in commercial litigation or complex tort litigation
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
3-10 years of experience will be considered as we're hiring for 10 positions currently, with flexibility in experience level for the right candidate
