Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims on behalf of policyholders
Analyze complex policies, draft coverage opinions, and pursue recoveries against insurers
Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and strategy in high-stakes bad faith and coverage actions
Represent businesses and individuals in denials of claims, including property, liability, business interruption, and more
Manage caseload with partner support and mentorship to grow your practice
Qualification
Required
