7+ years expi-Link Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Powerbuilder Developer to maintain IRMS legacy systems and develop interfaces between GentTax and IRMS systems. The role involves providing analysis, support, and implementation under the direction of the Virginia Department of Taxation management in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
Provide analysis, support, and maintenance for the IRMS legacy system
Develop and implement the GenTax–IRMS interface
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify, analyze, and assess requirements
Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation of PowerBuilder Applications
Qualification
Required
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team
Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify analyze, assess requirements
Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment
Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation PowerBuilder Applications
Hands-on experience developing Powerbuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher
Design and develop clear and maintainable code
Team Foundation (Azure Dev Ops) Server and its use to support version control, and application lifecycle management
Experience working with Agile/scrum project management methodologies
Able to work independently as well as in a teamwork environment
Pay attention to details and have a result driven mind set
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Able to coordinate with other application development teams, team leads business analysts
Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar
Preferred
Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining TAX processing and revenue management systems
Product knowledge of IRMS system and/or functional knowledge
