Responsibilities

Own L3 production support for the Asset Management platform, ensuring uptime, stability, and performance

Perform independent triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of recurring and known issues

Analyze application logs, system metrics, and alerts to identify root causes

Operate and support Azure infrastructure components including:

Azure Virtual Machines and Scale Sets

App Services and Azure Functions

Azure SQL, Managed Instances, and Storage Accounts

Azure Networking (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway)

Execute operational tasks such as:

Resource scaling and optimization (as per SOPs)

VM lifecycle management

Backup, restore, and DR readiness checks

Certificate management and renewals

Manage access control using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and RBAC

Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and role-related issues

Enforce operational security best practices and compliance requirements

Support audits by providing logs, access reports, and system evidence

Execute and maintain automation scripts and workflows for routine operations and incident response

Use PowerShell, Azure CLI, and existing IaC templates for operational tasks

Identify manual or repetitive tasks and propose automation improvements

Follow Infrastructure-as-Code and automation-first operational standards

Proactively monitor platform health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting tools
