Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of ML models, including governance, versioning, approvals, and production deployment
Develop and maintain monitoring, drift detection, and retraining pipelines to ensure model accuracy, reliability, and compliance
Implement and enforce regulatory controls, documentation practices, and audit processes aligned with enterprise governance standards
Collaborate with applied ML engineers, model owners, and compliance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and transparent ML operations
Create, maintain, and enforce governance documentation, policies, and procedures to support audit readiness
Troubleshoot and optimize ML operational workflows to improve model performance, governance, and long‑term maintainability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
10+ years of experience in ML model lifecycle management, governance, or MLOps
Proven ability to implement regulatory controls, audit processes, and enterprise‑grade ML governance frameworks
Strong experience collaborating with ML engineers and compliance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and production‑ready ML operations
