Accounts Receivable Specialist/Payroll Backup

Responsibilities
Responsible for accounts receivable process, reporting/tracking, invoicing, filing invoices, correspondence, documentation requests, and general administrative duties
Weekly collections of past due AR accounts
Prepare check deposits and process ACH payments
Ability to utilize many different billing portals from customers
Work with project managers to ensure timely invoicing
Review payroll, time reports, and other information to process payroll
Compiles employee time and payroll data from time sheets and other records
Verifies attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, and post information in payroll software
Processes and issues employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions
Qualification
Required

Excellent organizational skills
Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and audiences with diverse backgrounds and educational levels
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: New Albany, IN 47150 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: New Albany, IN 47150: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Associate Degree in Business Administration/Finance preferred
Experience with Foundation accounting software preferred
Three plus years in a Payroll Office performing all payroll functions preferred
