Business Development Partner
Forté Specialty Contractors is a company that creates iconic experiential spaces in luxury homes and commercial venues. They are seeking a Business Development Partner to spearhead growth, amplify their presence in current markets, and expand into new markets.

Responsibilities
Representing the Forte brand in a professional, stand-up fashion
Continue to build upon existing relationships with our existing business partners. This will include in-person visits, treating clients to special events/opportunities, and maintaining a positive rapport amongst the key individuals within their businesses
Using the same methods, push Forte into new markets, namely those outside of Vegas. This includes (but is not limited to): California. Arizona. Utah. Idaho
Plant the seeds for future enterprises, having the foresight to sow seeds several months/years ahead of reaping potential profits
Work closely with our Marketing Director and leadership team to ensure maximum efficiency when targeting specific markets
Other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of construction experience, preferably in management capacity
Experience working on large scale commercial/development projects
Experience working on luxury residential projects
Preferred
Familiarity with the FrameCAD pre-fabrication process
Operational and/or experience in the construction industry
