Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System
Lead internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring ongoing compliance
Build, mentor, and develop the quality team as the department grows
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and CI tools
Monday – Friday, standard business hours with excellent work-life balance
Qualification
Required
Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer from a manufacturing environment
Experience leading QC technicians
Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System
Lead internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring ongoing compliance
Build, mentor, and develop the quality team as the department grows
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and CI tools
