Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Louisville, KY. This role requires a senior full‑stack engineer to build and integrate end‑to‑end experiences that power personalized Next Best Actions across channels.

Responsibilities

Design and develop full‑stack features that activate real‑time Next Best Actions (NBA) across digital and assisted customer channels
Build scalable frontend and backend components using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python
Develop API‑first integrations with NBA decision engines, state machines, action libraries, and external communication platforms (email, SMS, push, web, call center)
Implement secure, performant, and observable services following cloud‑native best practices and event‑driven architecture (e.g., Kafka)
Collaborate closely with backend, data, and UX teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end activation of personalized actions
Deliver production‑grade solutions with a strong focus on reliability, maintainability, and compliance—especially within regulated or healthcare environments

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

Proven expertise in building API‑first, event‑driven systems using React, Node.js/Python, REST/GraphQL, and messaging platforms such as Kafka
Strong experience delivering secure, high‑performance, production‑grade applications, ideally within regulated or healthcare environments
