Campus Apartments is seeking an Experienced Building Engineer to ensure the physical and mechanical upkeep of their property. The role involves operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as conducting inspections and managing energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property
Operation, maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems including HVAC, lighting, and safety equipment
Ensuring structural integrity and compliance with codes
Conducting routine inspections
Troubleshooting issues
Supervising contractors
Managing energy efficiency
Maintaining a safe, functional environment for residents

Qualification

HVAC certificationElectrical certificationUniversal certificationSupervisory experienceCustomer service skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

High school diploma
HVAC certification
Certification in electrical (commercial and residential)
Universal certification
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance

Preferred

Additional education preferred
Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate instructions accurately
