Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Recruiting Business Partner for assigned sites
Manage internal hiring processes, including offer prep, acceptance tracking, and internal mobility workflows
Coordinate external support only when internal pipelines are exhausted
Build strong relationships with site leaders through clear, direct communication
Conduct proactive check‑ins to anticipate staffing needs and reduce last‑minute volume spikes
Provide timely updates and maintain responsiveness across all channels
Oversee multiple requisitions across many sites, each potentially with several role types
Navigate high-volume periods with composure and structured prioritization
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of experience
Highly organized, proactive, and resilient
Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in high-volume recruiting is a strong match
