8+ years expUber is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead teams focused on product security, offensive security, and AI red teaming. In this role, you will manage security engineers, define security strategies, and ensure the integration of security into product design and delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams of security engineers and managers
Define and own the strategy for Product Security, Offensive Security, and AI Red Teaming
Evolve AppSec and DevSecOps programs to address modern threats
Build and scale AI red-teaming capabilities
Partner closely with product, platform, and AI teams to embed security into system design and delivery
Oversee bug bounty, penetration testing, and threat modeling programs
Translate offensive findings into actionable guardrails, policies, and engineering improvements
Influence senior leadership, communicating risk, trade-offs, and strategy clearly and credibly
Stay ahead of emerging AI security threats
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in security engineering
3+ years of experience managing security engineers and/or managers
Strong background in Application & product security, Offensive security / red teaming, Penetration testing and threat modeling, Bug bounty programs, and DevSecOps practices
Demonstrated experience building and executing security strategy across multiple teams
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change at scale
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with AI red teaming or GenAI security
Strong understanding of GenAI and LLM architectures
Hands-on experience building or operating AI agents
Experience securing cloud-native, distributed systems
Prior experience scaling security programs in fast-growing engineering organizations
