Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Greet and welcome walk-in customers, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and the customer lounge area, including stocking supplies and cleaning as needed
Place weekly supply orders to ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Professionalism in demeanor, appearance, and communication
Detail oriented
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience in customer facing roles
Basic proficiency in computers and office software usage
