Responsibilities
Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions
Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions

Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
Facilitation of the staging, kitting, and deployment of Siemens-owned and managed endpoint hardware to Siemens End Users across the US , including onboarding and break/fix remediation
Swap, repair return to OEM or dispose of laptops
Qualification
Required
Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions
Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
Inventory management, with regular reporting to Siemens
Full lifecycle management in scope, including sourcing, staging, shipping of technology on an as-needed basis
Device wiping to be conducted using Siemens-approved methods
Use Siemens's approved shipping and logistics processes
Facilitation of the staging, kitting, and deployment of Siemens-owned and managed endpoint hardware to Siemens End Users across the US
