Responsibilities

Work with the higher education enterprise and core marketing teams to develop strategies, campaigns, and tactics to reach new and existing customers
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including all events, web maintenance, and collateral creation
Facilitate the creation of content for enterprise marketing campaigns, including sales tools and marketing collateral to assist the sales force in the presentation and selling of Affordable Access models, Sharpen Advantage, and our Dual Enrollment offerings
Support sales colleagues by answering product questions, directing to resources, and participating in product trainings
Perform office support duties: submit invoices, order supplies, create contracts, monitor supply budget, update databases to ensure data accuracy, maintain project files, and send mail
Drive real, measurable results with your activities
Stay on top of multiple deliverables and competing timelines
Get experience with channels and systems such as Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, paid social media, Asana, and more
Learn how cross-functional marketing works across a large enterprise
Get coaching and networking opportunities with marketing leadership and leaders in our partner organizations

Required

Currently pursuing a degree within the United States
Sophomore, Junior or senior with an interest in marketing
Could be pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Knowledge of marketing channels and execution
Interest in data-driven marketing
Some Excel skills would be an advantage
Lots of curiosity, coachability, and willingness to try new things

Preferred

Examples of work in school or with other companies is an advantage
