Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support SAP BTP (Integration Suite / CPI) based integrations between Amazon Seller Central and SAP ECC / S/4HANA
Implement order, inventory, shipment, invoice, and settlement integrations
Work with Amazon SP-API for data extraction and synchronization
Develop and manage REST APIs, JSON/XML mappings, and message transformations
Handle authentication and security (OAuth 2.0, certificates, tokens)
Monitor interfaces, manage error handling, retries, and alerts
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders
Ensure scalable, secure, and performance-optimized integrations
Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and production deployments
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of overall SAP integration experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP – Integration Suite (CPI)
Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems
Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML
Experience with Amazon Seller Central integration (SP-API preferred)
Understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication
Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting integration flows
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Exposure to Azure / AWS
Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh or API Management
Prior experience in retail, eCommerce, or marketplace integrations
Agile/Scrum experience
