New Grad, Entry LevelUniversity of Chester is seeking a Placement Coordinator for the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society. The main purpose of the role is to coordinate and promote activities that enhance the student experience and manage placement allocations effectively.

Responsibilities
To work proactively with the Faculty Registrar and Head of Practice Learning/Director of Partnerships to coordinate and promote activity which helps to deliver a high-quality student experience and shape continuous improvement
To lead in the management of placement allocation, including student exchange placements, to ensure capacity, quality and appropriateness of the student experience
To work proactively with the Faculty Registrar and to implement, enhance and develop processes, procedures and the use of data within the Faculty and across the University
Qualification
Required
Educated to Degree standard or equivalent
Good understanding of placement allocation
Experience of providing high level administrative support
ICT proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines
