Responsibilities
Become a deep technical expert on the platform and its integration into modern software development lifecycles
Lead enterprise customer engagements end-to-end, with clearly defined technical objectives and success criteria
Partner with Sales to support complex enterprise deals from discovery through close
Clearly articulate technical value and differentiation to security engineers, DevOps teams, and technical leadership
Guide customers through implementation, deployment, and adoption with minimal friction
Build automation, demos, and technical content to support scalable customer onboarding
Act as a trusted technical advisor and thought leader, contributing to workshops, blogs, knowledge base articles, and events
Bring the voice of the customer back into the organisation to influence product direction and roadmap
Contribute to building and scaling a world-class Solutions Engineering organisation through internal initiatives and process improvements
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or technical pre-sales
Enterprise experience working with complex technical products, ideally within: Application Security, DevOps / CI/CD, Developer tooling, Monitoring or adjacent infrastructure platforms
Strong engineering background: Computer Science or related technical degree, or Prior hands-on engineering experience (tech-stack agnostic)
Deep understanding of developer workflows and CI/CD environments, such as: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins, Buildkite
Exposure to application security concepts, vulnerability management, and static analysis programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable engaging with security engineers, DevOps teams, and technical leadership
Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
Confident operating in large, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
