Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads via phone, text, email, and social media platforms
Respond to customer inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, and other online channels
Assist customers during vehicle test drives, answering questions and building confidence
Present vehicles clearly and professionally, highlighting value and features
Walk customers through financing options, payment structures, and extended warranties
Follow up consistently to move deals forward and close sales
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth paperwork, delivery, and customer experience
Keep lead and customer activity organized in our CRM system
Qualification
Required
Enthusiastic, hungry individuals who are motivated to earn and grow
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable selling through digital and social media conversations
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
Preferred
Sales experience preferred but not required — we train the right people
Automotive knowledge is a plus, but energy, hustle, and attitude matter most
