Responsibilities

Partner with the President and leadership team to define and execute aggressive sales strategies and growth plans
Build and maintain strong, visible relationships with contractor customers through frequent in-person engagement
Establish clear sales metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress and ensure accountability
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional service, market differentiation, and competitive advantage
Identify opportunities to grow market share within existing accounts and expand into new industry segments
Oversee annual business planning, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and expense management
Collaborate across departments to leverage the organization’s full capabilities in executing go-to-market strategies
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and human capital strategies; recruit top talent and promote best practices
