Wealth Management Client Service Associate
North Edge Wealth is a fast-growing Retirement and Investment Planning Firm looking for a Wealth Management Client Service Associate. The Client Service Associate will provide proactive communication and operational support to the Wealth Advisors in servicing and delivering the needs of clients.
Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive high level service and satisfaction
Serve as a primary contact for account openings, client requests and account maintenance
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all client records and custodial communications
Collaborate with wealth advisors, operations and compliance to deliver a seamless client experience
Process new accounts, money movements and service requests within process standards with precision and confidentiality
Troubleshoot issues and help identify process improvements across the team
Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years previous financial advisory experience, preferably RIA and B/D experience
College degree required
Series 7 and 66 licenses, Series 65 license or willing to obtain within 90 days
Process-oriented, detail-driven, and highly organized
Previous client-facing and service experience required
Ability to monitor and streamline workflows for operational efficiency
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and attention to detail
Strong client service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technology aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong desire for continuous learning, self-motivated and interested in professional growth
Maintain data integrity across all systems and update as necessary

Experience with legal structures and resulting tax implications
