Managing product content creation in WeShare Back Office
Integrating marketing and regulatory texts
Coordinating validation processes with Scientific Support and Local Regulatory teams
Ensuring content is approved and transferred to downstream packaging and digital systems
Coordinating translation workflows and market-specific adaptations
Supporting innovation and merchandising teams
Providing user support and training on WeShare tools
Identifying process improvements and reporting technical issues
Participating in system testing and UAT sessions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience
Experience with PIM or digital product information systems
Strong coordination skills in multicultural and cross-regional environments
High attention to detail and structured working style
Experience working in international project contexts
Fluent in English
