Responsibilities

Provide outstanding one‑call resolution for client inquiries
Handle incoming calls regarding policy questions, updates, and changes
Assist with cancellation saves and autopay setup
Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and inbound lead entries
Follow up on pending items to ensure full resolution
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to team goals
