Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to existing CRM contacts, warm leads, and web inquiries
Follow up on email marketing engagement to support Q1 marketing initiatives
Set appointments, conduct fact‑finding, and qualify prospects for the sales team
Run short-term outbound calling campaigns
Maintain detailed call notes and track engagement activity
Create opportunities—this role focuses on prospecting, not closing
Participate in structured training, including scripting, side‑by‑side coaching, and daily development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
Strong interest in launching a career in sales
Coachable, goal‑driven, and comfortable making outbound calls
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Professional, reliable, and eager to grow
