Responsibilities
Sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions in our clinics, including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals and entry-level caregiver positions
Works closely with front-line leaders to build their teams by matching them with IDEAL, “right fit” candidates
Provide an engaging candidate experience as well as stay up-to-date with the market and recruiting trends
Adept at passive sourcing
Screening candidates with the “best-fit” mindset
Have on-point tech skills and a learning mentality to pick up what you don’t know
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to continue the ongoing growth of the organization
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years related experience
Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or DSP recruiting
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
Adept at passive sourcing
Top-notch at screening candidates with the 'best-fit' mindset
On-point tech skills and a learning mentality
