Responsibilities
Greet patients in person or by phone, establish first contact, and communicate arrivals to clinical staff
Confirm, update, and verify patient insurance and demographics to ensure physician participation prior to or at time of visit
Process HIPAA forms, referrals, authorizations, and ensure medical records are prepared and available
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience
Experience using EPIC system
Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with experience using physician scheduling systems
