Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, project finance, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
Support evaluation of power and renewable energy investments, projects, and strategic initiatives
Assist with transaction execution, including M&A, project financings, and capital raises
Prepare investment memoranda, internal presentations, and materials for senior management and external stakeholders
Conduct industry, market, and regulatory research across power, renewables, and energy infrastructure
Work closely with senior team members on valuation, structuring, and due diligence processes

Required

1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance (or closely related role)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment
