Administrative Assistant - Sales Support

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Prepare, format, and distribute sales documents such as proposals, contracts, quotes, and presentations
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for sales staff
Maintain and update CRM systems, sales reports, and client records
Assist with onboarding paperwork and documentation for new sales team members
Track sales activities, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure timely execution
Communicate with internal departments (operations, accounting, management) to support sales workflows
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to sales activities
Order and manage sales materials, supplies, and promotional items
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred
associate's degree preferred

Experience with CRM systems a plus
