Responsibilities
Configure and support OneStream platform capabilities to enable finance processes (e.g., consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting), including workflows, security, metadata, and application settings
Develop and maintain business rules and automation using VB.NET and SQL, including calculations, validations, transformation logic, and scheduled processes
Build and support integrations between OneStream and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms, data warehouses, and reporting tools) using APIs and standard integration patterns
Design and optimize cube and relational data models to improve usability, scalability, and performance across large data volumes and complex dimensionality
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across data loads, calculations, workflows, and reporting; perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes
Monitor and tune performance (e.g., load times, rule execution, cube processing), applying best practices for query optimization, indexing, and OneStream configuration
Support testing and release activities including unit/system testing, defect triage, deployment support, and production stabilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
3+ years of experience in technical roles supporting OneStream platform configuration
3+ years of experience in scripting and automation with VB.Net and SQL to include: automation, business rule development, system integrations, and use of APIs
3+ years of experience designing cube and relational data models, optimizing system performance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues in OneStream or similar EPM platforms
