The role involves leading design for integrated marketing campaigns, creating branding for new protocols, and leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead the visual direction and execution for integrated marketing campaigns across PR, Social (mostly X, TT, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, YT), Paid Social, and Global Events
Create, augment and gatekeep the visual language for new protocols launching on Somnia, ensuring each has a distinct but cohesive identity
Expertly leverage AI tools (Runway, Gemini, Magnific) to accelerate production and create visuals that were previously impossible
You’ll see the value in augmenting your design and project management skills through new technologies and be as excited as us about creating, delivering, measuring and optimising exceptional, industry shaping work at speed
Create premium packs for our high-signal influencer network, including motion graphics, custom avatars, and data-driven templates
Design high-impact physical assets for global PR and events, from booth architecture to Gorilla media (you’ll probably like our Tank X Bank of England idea…)
You like bringing complex data to life through visuals. Think - beautiful, intuitive infographics and videos that make the impossible seem entirely possible
Whilst we don’t expect you to be a filmmaker as well as an awesome design lead, we do aspire to create impactful video content so any production/ editing capabilities are a significant plus
Qualification
Required
Web3 Native: You are an admirer of blockchain, Web3 and Crypto. You understand crypto-native communities and can design for Degens, Architects, KOLs, Builders, Institutions and mass market international customers simultaneously
Technical Artistry: Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). If you know Blender or Cinema 4D, that's a massive bonus
AI Power-User: You don't just use AI - you have a workflow that you edit for purpose. You understand prompt engineering, AI interrogation and how to maintain brand consistency using AI tools. We're a team that augments itself through AI every single day, creating a high volume of quality content at scale
Experience: 5+ years in senior marketing design roles, ideally with a background in high-growth tech, Web3 or top-tier creative design agencies
Brave & Audacious: You aren't afraid of bold, disruptive creative that speaks truth to power. But you also enjoy bossing solid creative briefing, project scheduling, feedback loops and QA processes
