Responsibilities
Strong understanding of containerized infrastructure like open source kubernetes, Oracle Kubernetes Engine, networking and storage
Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers and Tech Leads
A customer-first approach that leverages customer insights to develop the next generation of products
Hands-on experience with cloud native service development
Align multiple teams on objectives; translate product and business strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps
Drive operational excellence across teams—monitoring and improving delivery, throughput, and quality
Remove systemic and organizational blockers; champion continuous improvement at the group level
Identify, mentor, and support future leaders and architects within teams
Guide technical direction and shared architectural decisions to ensure platform scalability and robustness
Provide strategic input to senior leadership regarding technical vision, org structure, and talent needs
Lead the recruiting, onboarding, and development of managers and ICs to build a diverse, high-performing organization
Qualification

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
