Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and business development teams to meet organizational goals
Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry networking, and strategic partnerships
Oversee negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms and foster long-term relationships
Drive process improvements across sales and operational functions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial initiatives with overall company objectives
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic planning
Manage large-scale projects related to product launches, market entry, or organizational change initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on management, strategic planning, and operations management
Strong background in business development, negotiation, and project management
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational change
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
Expertise in process improvement methodologies and operational excellence
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strategic mindset focused on long-term growth
