Responsibilities
Design, develop, and continuously evolve dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface trends in utilization, provider performance, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
Analyze complex datasets across claims, authorizations, utilization management, and operational systems to identify opportunities for cost optimization, quality improvement, and workflow efficiency
Partner closely with stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Growth, and Compliance to understand business objectives, define success metrics, and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions
Lead and support contract and performance analytics, including utilization management metrics, service-level agreements (SLAs), and vendor and provider performance tracking
Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling insights and recommendations, tailoring communication to executives, operators, and technical audiences
Collaborate with the central Data team to define analytics use cases, validate data models, and ensure data quality and consistency, enabling reliable, scalable insights across the organization
Proactively identify gaps in reporting, metrics, or data availability and recommend enhancements to improve visibility and decision-making
Contribute to the development of analytics best practices, documentation, and standardized reporting approaches to support scalability and self-service analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role, with demonstrated impact on business outcomes
Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with modern data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Sigma
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and complex datasets
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or membership-based business models
Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
Exposure to financial modeling, utilization management analytics, or operational analytics
