Mid LevelLimitless East Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of a diverse range of events, ensuring attention to detail and effective communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion while managing timelines and budgets
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and venues throughout the event planning process
Conduct site visits and negotiate contracts with vendors and venues for optimal arrangements
Develop event themes and concepts in collaboration with clients, ensuring their vision is kept intact
Coordinate logistics including catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, and guest accommodations
Oversee event staff, including volunteers and contractors, ensuring everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a portfolio of successful events
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
Proficiency in event management software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on event schedules
