Design and refine user experiences across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's digital strategy and member needs
Develop intuitive interaction designs, including wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and user journey maps, to communicate and validate concepts effectively
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to guide innovative design strategies and ensure alignment with user needs and industry standards
Perform heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues in current designs, recommend actionable improvements, and ensure high standards of accessibility
Advocate for accessibility by educating teams, influencing processes, and promoting best practices that ensure inclusivity and compliance with standards like WCAG
Create detailed visual design specifications and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platforms to guide developers on design intent and functionality
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to ensure consistent, cohesive, and brand-aligned user experiences across all touchpoints
Champion emerging technologies and design trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital experiences
Maintain and uphold brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across platforms
Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of designs, such as member engagement, satisfaction scores, and conversion rates, and continuously optimize for improvement
Qualification
