Responsibilities

Supervising clinical and direct care staff
Providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery
Managing day-to-day facility operations, including workflow coordination, compliance, and operational problem-solving
Ensuring programmatic fidelity to ASAM criteria, trauma-informed care principles, and evidence-based treatment models
Providing direct clinical treatment to support continuity of care, client stabilization, and overall program effectiveness

Required

Master's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in residential care and/or substance use treatment setting and knowledge of child welfare systems strongly preferred
High level of administrative and leadership skills required
Demonstrated experience supervising clinical and direct care staff in a residential or 24/7 treatment environment
Strong working knowledge of ASAM criteria, trauma-informed care principles, and evidence-based treatment models
Experience providing direct care services, including assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention, as needed
Advanced critical thinking skills, creativity, and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and demands; ability to think in both broad and detailed terms while attending to details; identifying and resolving obstacles to achieving improvement and goals
Outstanding communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation skills are a must
Ability to work independently and take initiative; to prioritize and proceed logically
Maintain a valid driver's license, registration, and auto insurance
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel, are required
Maintain confidentiality in compliance with PHI standards

Preferred

Ability to obtain LICSW, LMFT, LMHC and/or LCDP license within (2) years of hire date strongly preferred
Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay
Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay
