Responsibilities
Own the creation of sales and shipping documents—boosting your precision and confidence in managing key records
Keep dispatches running on time by scheduling freight and tracking shipping schedules
Update customer files and route leads so the sales team can respond faster and close more deals
Manage billing and deposits, growing your financial admin skills
Support company events and keep promotional materials ready—giving you hands-on marketing experience
Qualification
Required
Have an associate degree or at least 2 years' experience in admin
Use Microsoft Office and CRM tools with confidence
Stay organised, manage your time well, and communicate clearly
Are dependable, proactive, and happy to pitch in where needed
Can occasionally stay later when the job calls for it
Hold a valid driver's licence with a safe driving record
