New Grad, Entry LevelLimitless East Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting logistics operations by managing and coordinating activities to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating shipments and tracking delivery status
Process and maintain accurate records of inventory levels
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment
Monitor transportation costs and seek ways to minimize expenses
Provide support in the preparation of shipping documents and labels
Assist in resolving any shipping discrepancies or issues that arise
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus
Experience with logistics software is an advantage
