Strategic Project Manager

Center for Neurosciences is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives. The role includes project management, financial modeling, and collaboration across various departments to ensure successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of major strategic and operational initiatives, including new service line development, facility expansions, imaging growth, technology implementations, and operational improvements
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and risk tracking
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accountability, progress, and timely completion
Identify barriers early and escalate risks with proposed solutions
Serve as a key partner to the CEO on strategic planning and execution
Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
Prepare summaries, updates, and recommendations for leadership and board review
Participate in select meetings on behalf of the CEO and ensure follow-through
Assist in building and reviewing financial models and pro formas for new initiatives and capital investments
Collaborate with Finance on revenue assumptions, CPT coding logic, payer mix, staffing models, operating costs, and break-even analysis
Support ROI and scenario analysis to inform decision-making
Ensure project plans reflect operational realities, including staffing, workflows, scheduling, and compliance
Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to understand reimbursement, charge capture, and operational risk
Identify potential financial leakage or workflow bottlenecks related to strategic initiatives
Work closely with clinical operations, imaging, infusion, IT, HR, finance, marketing, and RCM teams
Support change management efforts, including training coordination, documentation, go-live planning, and post-implementation follow-up

Required

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, strategy, or financial analysis
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort working with financial data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across departments without direct authority

Preferred

Healthcare experience in a multispecialty, hospital, ASC, or similar environment
Familiarity with revenue cycle concepts, CPT coding, and reimbursement models
Experience supporting executive leadership or board-level initiatives
