Amity Tech corporation is seeking an Enterprise Architect to own the Salesforce platform architecture for a portfolio of products and solutions. The role involves bringing Azure cloud expertise to augment Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable delivery while partnering with business, product, and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

Own endtoend Salesforce architecture for products and solutions built on Salesforce and MuleSoft
Lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and align platform strategy with business outcomes
Create reusable reference architectures and guardrails for Salesforce and MuleSoft
Facilitate requirements discovery; translate into clear technical designs and roadmaps
Design data models, integrations, flows/processes, and declarative configurations (workflows, validation rules, security controls)
Optimize for security, cost, stability, and observability; ensure platform health and operational excellence
Embed security controls in partnership with InfoSec and ensure compliance
Design secure, scalable solutions that integrate Salesforce/MuleSoft with Azure services (compute, data, networking, application)
Publish hybrid cloud reference architectures and standards for reuse
Track Azure service updates; drive impact assessments and remediation with product and platform teams
Collaborate with DevOps to implement monitoring, alerting, and SRE practices for cloudbacked Salesforce workloads
Develop cloud blueprints, playbooks, and runbooks through practical deployments
Guide teams on consuming Azure PaaS/IaaS and integrating via APIs/MuleSoft
Resolve complex integration and performance issues across Salesforce–Azure boundaries
Support vendor/product evaluations, RFPs, and security/compliance audits

Required

Active Salesforce Architect certification(s) (e.g., Application Architect or System Architect)
Active Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent
Handson experience leading architecture for Salesforce and MuleSoft with Azure integrations
Executivelevel communication and stakeholder engagement
BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of technical experience; 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect or similar role
Deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Clouds) and Force.com; strong configuration expertise (workflows, validation rules, declarative automation, security)
5+ years of cloud experience with Azure (AWS is a plus), including PaaS/IaaS, networking, firewalls, and load balancers
Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Jenkins)
Delivery experience in Agile and Waterfall; collaboration with external vendors and distributed on/offshore teams
Executivelevel communication and stakeholder management
Systems thinking and architectural rigor with practical delivery mindset
Securitybydesign and costaware solutioning
Datadriven decision making and continuous improvement orientation

Preferred

3+ years of MuleSoft administration and API development
