Customer Service Representative

Nellis Auction is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout their auction experience. The role involves responding to inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, while also maintaining service quality through support of AI tools and monitoring call performance.

Responsibilities

Support customers across multiple channels (email tickets, live chat, and phone)
Resolve a Wide Range Of Customer Concerns, Including
Appointment rescheduling
General questions
Item misdescription claims
Missing or lost items
Bidding errors
Refunds and return requests
Account access and verification issues
Technical or system-related errors
Payment issues, delinquency, and card errors
Relists, discounts, and rejected returns
Manage And Maintain AI Support Tools, Including
Updating and improving AI knowledge base content
Creating, refining, and maintaining macros for accuracy and efficiency
Return phone calls for unsuccessful Tier 1 interactions to ensure customer follow-up and resolution
Monitor call logs and review call recordings to ensure quality customer service and adherence to standards
Accurately assess issues, gather key details, and apply policies consistently
Escalate complex or repeat issues when appropriate
Use internal systems and tools to document interactions clearly and thoroughly
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
Promote a positive, professional experience for every customer interaction

Required

1–2 years of customer service experience preferred (email, chat, or phone support)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
Comfort navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously
Ability to interpret policies and apply sound judgment
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence

Preferred

Bilingual is a plus
