Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning strategies
Assist with trust and estate administration, including probate matters
Counsel high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on wealth preservation and succession planning
Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals
Maintain direct client relationships and provide thoughtful, practical guidance
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in PA
5+ years of experience in trusts and estates or estate planning
Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Preferred
LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is a plus but not required
