Responsibilities
Architect best-fit Microsoft solutions across Azure, Data, AI/ML, IoT, Modern Apps, and D365
Lead solution design for application modernization, cloud transformation, and digital platforms
Partner with Sales and Delivery to support pre-sales, proposals, estimates, and POCs
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures
Provide architectural roadmaps, assessments, and modernization strategies
Enforce architecture standards, security best practices, and design principles
Mentor junior architects and engineering teams
Lead technical workshops and contribute to thought leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years as a Solutions Architect
4+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/SaaS/IaaS
Pre-sales experience in professional services or consulting environments
Strong expertise in one or more: Data & AI, D365, Modern Workplace, Software Engineering
Experience with Azure AD, O365, identity (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), MFA, RBAC
Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance
Strong executive communication and client-facing skills
Preferred
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, DSC)
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Data Lakes, Data Factory, Power BI, ML platforms
Programming/scripting: Python, .NET, Java, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL
Microsoft certifications (Azure Architect, Data Engineer, etc.)
