Qualification
Required
Minimum of two to four years of experience
Broad experience with M&A, structured equity, tax equity, project development and project financing matters in energy and infrastructure transactions
Excellent academic credentials
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellence
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
